It means Evowallet is still sponsoring them but just limited the fund for them. Maybe when the forum is growth with more members activities, Evo will increase fund for them in future.

By the way, i can't recall somewhere i heard that one of the NE admin is also partner for Evowallet, so i thought evo will still have a strong support for NE forum.
Well that is good news still EVO is sposnoring forum but i heard they are only paying for Banner advertisement but i think admin need to decreased Paypal fees and make it one and one anyway let's hope guys admin will make this decision soon...
