If your final purpose to exchange to paypal is for withdrawal to your local bank, then i will advices you just request payout through evowallet. Since evowallet now has already have an option to withdraw money direct to your local bank with only 2 or 3 % services charges. It is cheaper services fees compare with paypal withdrawal to local bank.
