It seems you managed to find the best provider. qhoster.com is the best option and I would recommend you to stop further searching.

I have two separate sites that I host with QHoster.com cPanel web host. Support is great, very responsive.
Never had any downtime either. Their website is professional and straightforward; they report the facts clearly and intelligently.

The best server providers are available from hostingsource.com and hosting.uk.
They are always fast and responsive with all your needs and the price is great!

I like QHoster.com customer support service, it is professional in all the ways. They stayed with me till my setup was complete and went out of their way with phone support even as their shift was ending this morning to make sure I was able to access my files.
