I have no first hand experience of this company and must say i've not heard of them.
Try to look at more options such as:
- Libertyvps.net
- Arvixe.com
- Hostingsource.com
They are able to customize any services/features you may need.

Hostsailor.com and legionbox.com deals are worthwhile.
Support are perfect. Services also.They do their work very well for you and you'll be pleased with their unmatched services.

KVCyhosting.net and yourlasthost.com accounts are good enough to have a deal with.
The support team is really friendly and helpful, having being able to solve any issues (rarely) I have come across.
