I don't think this site as a honest site.
They are launched this site on 2009 but the site surely fake.
they stated that they already pay more than $3000

No, I have seen this site since a few months ago, but I've never been interested in this site.
Btw, paramitha, I think this site no longer pays its members. Here is from the ToS:

5) All payments are made by converting your money into AlterBux ads and no other payment method is being used at this time. You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 5 business days. You must accumulate at least $4,95 before request a convert.

But we have to wait 5 business days just to redeem our earnings to ads? Maybe you can ask the admin about this, so you won't waste your time here. You can try contacting him/her through the contact page, because there is no forum.

I have browse through this site, and see that they clearly stated down that they won't pay for their members, just can allow us to convert to ads pack. In this way, i don't think there will be anybody interested to join this site unless they want to promote their website only through them.

wow, this site clearly stated that they are not paying but in the front page, they are saying that they are paying $0.015 per click.

Thanks a lot alec11 - for notice that think.. So, its totaly clear that its a scam site.. Few days ago I joined there But now here read all my friends opinion , I think that its beter for me not to log in there. :wink:

yes the site is fake because hardly any ptc site pays 15 cent because their earning is not that great and they r mentioning $3000 paid its really funny.

Owh, sorry, my mistake. But the site that I saw earlier was exactly the same like this site, but that one has a lot of ads. I know because every time I saw that site, it always displayed the ads page.
This site isn't worth of joining anyway. And I think it's definitely a scam, because it doesn't tell us the real situation. Even the ToS is written in small fonts.
