Both mentioned companies - kvchosting.net and libertyvps.net - are worth every cent you pay for their services.
Very simple and straight forward, I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple way to host any service, site, app and whatever.

Give my VOTE for kvchosting.net - good web host.
Support so far is quite good. Easy to work with the base Webmin system; no weird gotchas.
I cant say about prices since I havent looked at any other hosts, but worth every penny.

Want to say that libertyvps.net is not the only company which is worth trying.
I mean legionbox.com is able to satisfy all your demands.
Both companies are respectable and decent and servers have no downtime.

Use deals from hostsailor.com and yourlasthost.com.
Their servers have been reliable and fast and always available. Haven't experienced any downtime at all.
