Now a days no coding help is required as many free s/w are available and if you some guidance in hand, it is very easy to make a website, though it is true for a static website. But for a dynamic website, you have to have some programming skill so you may required help.

I checked the site too and see that this site just explain to us in basic way about how to design web.
It's better if they put some image as example.

A friend of mine recommended this site to me www.w3schools.com and said its a good site as well. now I have lots of sites for my basic tutorial.
