I can highly recommend exmasters.com cheap server hosting service. Great support. Never had to wait more than 90 minutes for help. Their uptime is great. Not many features or add-ons for web site (no SQL, at least on my plan, for example).

I found exmasters.com web host and needed to transfer my files to their VPS hosting account.
Their team still give me prompt, professional service and have solved all my problems and defused all of my worries.
