Give Libertyvps.net a try. Their service is excellent, they are very professional and quick!
I've always found the Customer Service top notch via e-mail and the help wiki is very intuitive.

Must say that hostingsource.com service provided is excellent, including software provided, and personal customer support. Great value for money and the support when you need it is readily available in a friendly, patient manner (which is great for non techies like me).
