If you promote your blog by asking your members to click manually, you are tend to risking your account being banned by them when you request payout. This method happend to one of my online friends who also doing the same, but when he request payout of $50 that time, bidvertiser banned his account.

The options are
1. Earn through adsense
2. Earn through Pay Per Pop-ups. and CPM sites.
3. Make review of some other site on your blog. I don't know how this goes...
4. Make your blog an interface to the people to get affiliate/referral to your site.

it is not easy to earn from adsense or any other way if you hve only 0 page rank. you must increase your page rank first.
