I just browse this site and found that their design is very simple. The rate is too good to be true which paying 1 cents for our referrals click. By the way, the site don't have any live site statistics to show how many members now and how much already paid. I don't really trust it will be a good ptc site.

This is not a PTC site, but it's a web page made in a free website, which lists some PTC sites with his referral links. S/he said the minimum payout is $1-10 because there are many PTC sites listed in this site, those PTC sites have varied minimum payouts, from $1 to $10.
