Dear barisailla-pola, I can see your site, and I request you that please read the rules first before post here. This is wrong way to put your referral link of PTC sites.

It's not his/her referral link. It's the link to his site.

I could not understand how much is the minimum payout....
"The minimum payout is $1.00-$10.00. "
What does it mean?

This is not a PTC site, but it's a web page made in a free website, which lists some PTC sites with his referral links. S/he said the minimum payout is $1-10 because there are many PTC sites listed in this site, those PTC sites have varied minimum payouts, from $1 to $10.
