Anyway, submit url to google is very important way to get listed on google and get PR stat.

Yeah it might be correct he is talking about Adword but it is just advertisement and from that we get good hits from search engine and Google Adsense ads but those have good funds and have credit they only try this method but getting traffic though SEO is really good and free method.
