Google Sandbox is filtered place where placed the new website even it has the good content, strong Da, quality backlinks etc.

if your site is still indexed and crawled, but you will be set aside when it comes to actual Google searches that is because of Google sandbox and Until you make it out of the Sandbox, you won't show up in Google's search results.
