You cannot exchange alertpay or paypal with any online exchangers.
The only thing you can do is exchange it with any trusted members. I think exchangemoneyplace.com is a good place to exchange your alertpay.

Hey friends my friend is interested and want AP right away she needs a total of $40 AP so those of you who are interested just PM me as soon as you can so I will let her contact you PP to AP. If you have $40 AP she is willing to exchange it through PP.

i have not that much alertpay in my alertpay account and i think if you put your friend's exchange rate here would be helpful for you to find someone to exchange with you.

There is also not much forum site that we can earned AP, unless participating in PTC site, but PTC site is mostly scam and earlnings is very slow too. So, to earn as high as $40 is difficult.

I used to use AP till my bank marked them as the site you can pay for gambling with. Since then could not use my CC with them
I like them though.
