There could be several reasons to not caching the backlinks.
1. Low quality content which google doesn't like to read
2. Website Quality is low or de-indexed website

The keyword used is “how to index backlinks fast” - and the url we are ranking is this page, yes this quora answer page. The keyword was ranking #62 in Google. 2 hours later after indexing this Quora answer is now ranking #14 for the keyword and is actually ranking in the first few pages for some good LSI keywords.
