Need to exchange alertpay with paypal

those fees are quite annoying if you exchange. so why not just exchange wiht fellow member in a forum to a void those high fees in exchange sites. i think there aer always willing members out there.

yes. there are individual person willing to exchange.but we need to worry bout their honest and fear the lose..
but if we can find some trustworthy person..then would be a deal.

I have been read many times PP if we do exchange for PP and PP take objetion on that they refund or put limitation that particular amount that's why most of peoples send LR and AP after three days because of this policy does anyone know brief of this policy.
