Ops its not avaible for our country... So, useless for me. and also its take too much time to reach the minimum payout........

I think it's open for all, but only downloads from certain countries are counted.

Well they only pay for US unique downloads which is very hard to get. It's not possible to only have US traffic. The payout is also very high. I wonder why they want only US traffic ?

Not only USA, but also Europe and Russia. And maybe the minimum payout is high because they give high rate
