    I think do content based technique with unique & quality content. Also use classified ads.

    Content based sites best way Rank in Google. Add Relevant Title, Heading, Alt txt, Meta Description etc.

    There are mainly two ways to rank your website on Google namely Search Engine Optimization, and Google Ads. But I would recommend SEO, as it gives long term results in compare to Google Ads.
