Those two sites which you have mentioned are for what? Do they help to promote ones site or those are for advertisements? pl explain.

Those two site is good just for building links to our site in order to improve our Google PR (if you understand), not help you to gain visitors.

Yes I quite understand what google PR is all about. Now can one use those two sites along with google adsense? Pl let me know what are the basic concepts on which these 2 websites are currently working. Are we have to visit other websites or do something on regular basis to increase the PR?
