I do think it must be 0.1 cent to 0.20 cent. But many sites like, http://netjobs4all.com/ http://netjobsinindia.com http://www.gcash.inclaim we get $1 to $5 for single click. I think they say just to deceive people to order their program which cost $30 to $50.

The sites which you have mentioned are paying through which programe? Are they using adsense like programes? Please clear.

Actually they don't pay at all. They just teach people how to earn online and particularly from Google adsense. And for that they take $30 to $50 from the people.
Actually their teachings are of no worth. And they show some fake payment proofs too consisting of Rs.50,000 a month or something more than that. It's a rip-off.

I hate that kind of technique.
That's totally scamming people.
They just teach someone, not giving an income guarantee.
And for this, they ask for fees too
