google adsense doesn't have fixed rates, the rates i think depends on how much of that link was seen by you and how time you spent there. i have heard that payper click rates starts from 1 cent to the maximum of 2 dollar( but i am not very sure about the max. rates)

There are no maximum click rates on adsense. It depend on advertiser's CPC (cost per click).

If the advertiser pays more for his advertisement (his adwords budget) then the rate per click is also high and vice versa. One of my latest clicks earned 74 cents where as I earned 5 cents for a click also. If you regualarly visit your adsense account, all the confusions will clear.

I do think it must be 0.1 cent to 0.20 cent. But many sites like, http://netjobs4all.com/ http://netjobsinindia.com http://www.gcash.in claim we get $1 to $5 for single click. I think they say just to deceive people to order their program which cost $30 to $50.

actually it depends mainly on the advertisement budget of the advertisers. I think, the Companies from US or other European countries have more budgets for advertisements where as Indian companies are not willing to spend a high amount for advertisement on net. So it is better if you ask someone to click on the ads which are not from this region.

Actually they don't pay at all. They just teach people how to earn online and particularly from Google adsense. And for that they take $30 to $50 from the people.
