You can delete backlink using google webmaster tool. this tools is used for remove spam and bad back link.

go to google.com >> login google webmaster tool >> go to https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...vow-links-main this link >> select your website then click Disavow Links >> make .txt file & upload the same.
