Some doubts about clciksor

Hi friends everybody is talking about clciksor program which is paying high rate to publisher,but is it allowing social blogging site?or tell me what is their limitation of accepting any site?

They Are not accepting Adult sites, Big Social Sites Having Lakhs of page impressions per day Otherwise They will accept all the websites with Maximum Of US Traffic.

Actually yesterday i saw one site not much traffic still he is using clicksor,how is it possible?strange.
