yes. LR only give those referral bonus out when both you and your referral's balance reached 10$. so if one want to receive that. need to ask your referral also reach 10$..

Are you sure about it? I thought only the referrer needs to keep minimum $10 balance in order to credit the 25 cents.

I think it should be referrer to keep minimum of $10 and not the refferal, as they just join, how to have $10 there immediately? By the way, if we don't have $10 there, but we successfully refer a member to join, then later we only earn enough $10 in our account, do we still get the 25 cents later?
