Exmasters.com are excellent all round but they absolutely excel at support and when you are building a business you really need reliable and quick support. You can get great servers, features, prices and reliability from almost any provider but what differentiates them is their attention to the customer!

Give exmasters.com a try. Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 10 minutes is now more like 30-40 minutes. This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced, however.
All in all, my experience has been great and I will definitely continue using their cheap hosting services.
