any pay per post site for blogs with less traffic

I don't think there is any site paying for post on blog with low traffic.
Traffic is really important for advertiser, so they will just want good traffic blog only

i think so.if a blog does not have enough traffic then no advertiser will be interested in any program in it.
but i wonder how many traffic a day will be a good blog.
