what is vital Alexa v Google PR

Dear friends many of have personal website and for popularity and worth alexa ranking and google Pr is vital,but i want to know which is important Alexa or Google Pr.
Now for an ex my site is having 259906 in alexa and google pr2,so what should i do,should i try to improve Pr or Alexa ranking.
which is important for potential revenue generating or attracting advertisers.

well i was thinking same but after some research what i got that some blog site getting google pR very easily by manipulating with other web masters but in alexa you can't do that,because alexa ranks taking original traffic to account and filters unique traffic from one ip on same day.
