    After Login in Google Console You can add your website url, and lastly verify your sites in various way.

    first login your gmail id then post the following link on url bar

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

    then submit your link

    First create one account in gmail and login into the account,
    Then go to google search console
    Then choose the option Add property
    put your url in the text box and click ok.
