ALT tag is using in Html code and it is alternative text which is mainly use in image tag. It is most important in SEO because when you target images then it is most important because a image is not target by only of its quality and size but it content relativity in term of content using alt tag.

Alt Tag is The Alternative name of Image ,some time text that get displayed in the case if the image is not loaded
