PAYPAL don't provide verification though Bank account Indian peoples want to provide credit card for verification

Hamm i have also same thing here Paypal don't provide facility to Indian peoples verification though bank account but i have seen some peoples bank account don't get accepted by Paypal.

if paypal charge us the same fees as they charge Indians . i don't care whether they allow us to verify account via bank account or not.
