That's the true. We cannot get credit card if we don't earn. They will ask for documents like salary-slip, bank statement in which we receive our salary, and also there is a condition we must have minimum salary of so and so amount. Usually, the amount will be more than Rs. 10,000.that is strange, living in India i was not knowing it. Are you sure about this? I don't think that this is the case.

Well I can provide them with by bank statement but i don't think it is necessary to have a certain minimum income. From where did you get that concept?

Well, friend, if you contact any bank, they will provide all the details how to apply for credit card. But I'm sure their first demand will be your salary-slip from a reputed company.Well I can provide them with by bank statement but i don't think it is necessary to have a certain minimum income. Don't you think if we get credit card easily, there is no need for VCC?

I do not know about India, but in my country, we have to an employee of a company. It does not have to be a reputable company, though, but employees in a reputable company will surely have more advantages in being accepted by the credit card company.

Re: How 2 use "Indian Bank" debit card 2 verify pa
Nops, you cannot. I tried doing the same thing for my PayPal but while entering the card information it was rejecting my card. In India Gov. has removed facility for the Debit Card for verifying PayPal.. and this is because of the security. They just allow Credit card and not any other for verification.

Well Credit Card PIN facility and Debit Card don't get it and PP only Accept CC from Asian Countries so if we don't have 3 digits pin we can't add debit card in PP account and RBI have liitation on using international bank account Indian Peoples can't use International bank account !

For India, verification of Paypal is done only using credit card and not by debit card as U.S people can verify paypal using their debit card and for india it is not allowed

I don't know why but it has really made Indians to depend on paypal for any online transactions because we can withdraw the amount to our bank with just one click for free if the amount is more than $140. For less than $140, it is $1.yes . India is a real find for those low charged fees of paypal. can you guess why paypal turns this special low fees for them ? i don't know..
