For SEO, I think the following should be taken into consideration -

1 - Title
2 - Keywords
3 - Meta tags
4 - Content
5 - BackLinks

Yes friend, I'm agree with smartzcool, as I thik most important is choose keywords. good keywords in Search Engine = high rank and more traffic.

Generally if you have rich keyword content you stand a better chance for getting good traffic ...
Keywords are nothing but what we type in google bar to search ...
