How to withdraw amount from unverified paypal to my bank?

Dear ssarkar, you can withdraw any amount from Paypal, but if the amount is lower than Rs. 7000/- , they chard Rs. 50/- for your withdrawal.

Thanks! So it would be benefecial for anyone to withdraw a big amount from paypal because every time paypal would deduct Rs. 50. Am I correct?
