There are a lot of good service providers here and over there and you can chose them. Just make sure they are not EIG based ones.
I can suggest you checking kvchosting.com - they are one of the oldest providers and with them you can get pretty good service!

I believe you should compare offers and choose the suitable one. As I know ViUX.com is the most perfect option to get hosting solutions. Their support replies in minutes, stability is high and prices are reasonable.
