Well there are many E-books from where you can learn the basics. I also have a few e books for SEO. But they are long. So have not read them.lol If you want them then PM me for the links.

I think that if you read the discussions on SEO on different forms, that also will give you good knowledge but for that you have to do lot of reading. As such this is a big subject and needs lot of reading, discussion and updation of new SEO technics being used.

Well career as a seo is great but it usually involve the more and more dedication.I have seen that it is not a simple task.You need info on languages and also the info of how search engines work.A very good hand on how to make spiders and crawlers and much more.

I work with a lot of SEO researchers and they make big money. However, you really need to know SEO if you are going to specialize in it. There are a lot of hacks out there and people are wary about who they hire and they will check up on people and their credentials - especially if they plan to pay big bucks.

My advice - learn from a SEO specialist who's been doing it for a long time. Books will only get you so far. I highly suggest you train with real specialists and/or take classes and trainings from SEOs who have been doing this for a long time and will steer you in the right direction.

Nowadays there are a lot of seo company boosting online, thus seo jobs are also wide. They just find it useful because people are now connected online and millions are already using the web for shopping and everything..
