Being in your place, the OP, I'd have a deal with hosting-marketers.com, they are the best in delivering quality hosting for video websites, they have narrow specialization in this realm.
Very few hosts offer this kind of service, first because you need a very qualified customer support team, and second the server must be high end servers with loads of RAM and 1 giga port or even 10 giga ports. (10 giga bit per second).

First of all you need to do comparison of suggested hosts and make a choice based on your demands. My preferable hosting company with really powerful servers is realitsolution.com. Server performance is extremely quick and support guys know their job.

Maybe Superbithost.com?
Reliable uptime, and decent customer support! I moved my personal site to them and was so impressed with their service I ended up moving all my sites with the exception of one (it will be moved next week) to them.
