It's open to international members. Even I'm new to this site. I don't know anything about their minimum payout and their payment processor. I'll let you know once if I find that anywhere else.

This site is very useful for the people who often do online shopping as they would get cashback for every item they purchase.
About earning purpose, it's really confusing, there are many complex images in the home page, which really distract us from staying there for a long time.
