script for receiving sign-up information from visitors
I have created a sign-up page for my site using HTML. But I don't know how to receive the information filled up by the visitors to sign up in my site. I think I need to embed some scripts in html tags. Can you give me the script? Also tell me where shall I place it. I mean in which tag (inside head tag or body tag, etc.)

Re: script for receiving sign-up information from visitors
i think you are talking about that you have created a form in html and now you want information about the people who submit the forum, you need to use PHP for this.

You must be having the linking information with the script, no I don't have any script. You can find many if you google around.

i think by using .net framework you can solve your problem easily.just you have to install the .net software using which you can design the login page for your site.just give it a try.

Dear Lemon, in the site bravenet you may find your solution. This site has many 'ready to use' options, such as Guestbook, message forum etc etc which may come to your help. I am requesting you to visit this site before googling the net.

its a free sub domain site it provide few mb space to us though its providing some facility but maximum of time your site will go offline due to server load error if its necessary to keep the data of the visitor then better to use wordpress.

Yes now I understand it's the work of that mysql database, so I have to learn first that. I think it will take some months to learn about this database.

I don't think it's possible. Even if you get any, you must need to edit something or other thing in those scripts, so without knowledge of mysql database, it's not really so easy to build interactive web-pages.
