It is perhaps because they have the advts only for US or Canadian citizens. In such case they cannot afford to allow international members.
However, one good thing this thread starter has done here is that he has clearly mentioned that it it not for international members.

i wonder how many people are from those two countries in this forum.and i think there wont be many members from the two countries in ptp forums.
