I think India will be there in the Asia list, but the rate for Asian installs will be very low. Usually only USA and other western countries installs are paid more maybe almost triple than what for Asian members.

In many cases, U.S countries will be more benefited than the Asian countries and more over even if india is included, payments will be less...!
