Yes, to qualify you need to have a little traffic, I guess 10+ impressions per day are enough to qualify. Not sure but its my assumption based on the results so far.

actually it will depend on the survey and ads. they will say for how many days it will need to be credited. but mostly less than a week. like 5 days but not more than 7 days.
