There is nothing kind of thing in your blog. You have to just display that conversation(report) in your blog. Your paid to display, you can discuss anyhow but you willnot be paid for that.

They accept paypal. Conversations are available depending on their availability. I would say that weekly you have more than 10 conversation to join each of them varies from $0.30 to $ 1.

You should keep that conversation in your blog for 10 days until you get paid by them. After that you can delete the conversation and its ur wish to you keep the conversation or not.
