Default IP address is connected with what?

I have heard that many sites do not allow multiple membership from one computer. I understand that they keep check on your IP address.
Is this IP address connected with the Internet Service Provider or with your company?

Thanks friend. I think that if I have one connection of sayl BSNL broad band and the other one of Reliance or some other service provider, then I can have more than one IP addresses and so I can have more than one accounts on some sites without any problems. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks again for the help.

I don't have much knowledge about this IPs, but I think if you have one broadband connection (fixed IP address) and one reliance or other connection, you are maintaining 2 IP addresses and you can maintain 2 accounts on some sites.

Well your service provider provides you with one IP which is called static IP and if you use some software then it will change your IP periodically in the mean while your Static IP remains the same, just the net browser can't see your static IP.

Thanks for the information nick. But they must be costly. Unless you have some commercial use, it will prove to be costly.

Yeah cracked ones are available free of cost. But some may contain malicious software within the downloaded files be careful about the viruses that come along with it.
Use only after checking with antivirus software.. though some keygen are identified falsely as virus it is a good practice to scan the files before using
