Well your service provider provides you with one IP which is called static IP and if you use some software then it will change your IP periodically in the mean while your Static IP remains the same, just the net browser can't see your static IP.

Thanks for the information nick. But they must be costly. Unless you have some commercial use, it will prove to be costly.

Its really hard to find cracked software but you will get, but not that much hard.
