Dear smartzcool, for advertise your blog, join some social network sites, and use traffic exchanges.

Well this is good method for promotion but we can use autosurf site and link exchange with other site promoting in forum signature these are also good way to increase traffic to blog.

You shouldn't use autosurf. Yes you can use it if you want only the impressions. Actually Search engine especially hates autosurfers.
