Change the Black Color!
Make it hard to read, perhaps change the whole forum, get a copy of vbulletin or at less SMF...

I like the black and orange look, it looks cool. Having done some work on accessibility on websites for my local council, it isn't the best combinations for those with partial sight colours. But I'm lucky and have good vision, so I have no problems.
