Why PTC sites have restriction for china people

I think , the advertiser of the PTC sites don't want traffic from China.

Yeah, traffic from China (and most Asian countries) are not preferred by the advertisers. And PTC owners banned Chinese and most Asians because we are (I'm Asian) mostly become standard members, so we don't pay anything but we get money. That's why many PTC owners often make rules that Asian members are not allowed to cash out if they are not Premium members (so they can join, help the PTC owners to eat advertisers' credits, but cannot get money if they don't spend first) or buy referrals.

And about cheating, many people cheat, no matter from what countries they are. But most Asian countries are very populated and many of them involved in PTCs (and not many people from developed countries are willing to waste time just to get $0.04-0.05 per site). So the percentage of cheaters is naturally bigger. So it's easier to ban the whole countries than to deal with them one by one.
