Yes you are right. I have seen many people following this strategy in various forums. I think that if we upload something very rare then we can complete the downloads faster
Yes we can upload those files peoples are searching like Wallpapers, Mobile Themes, Songs any other Software and this can make 10000 quota just want to upload 20 to 25 files and it will easy to get 10000 mark then want to promote it with huge traffic site.
