    what exactly is a flash template?
    i have no idea about how to design a flash template.just google it and you will get it i think.

    i don't think you can make whole website/template with flash. You can obviously put some flash into your template.

    He meant to upload flash template in blog site and i don't think it is possible as there may not be provisions for a flash plug in in blog and also i haven't tried out this in blog
